Pamela Rose Gowin Jerseyville - Pamela Rose Gowin, 67, of Jerseyville passed away Friday, May 31, 2024, at Willow Rose Rehab & Health Care. She was born, July 6, 1956, in Jerseyville, the daughter of Eugene Lee and Marcella Rose Frazier Steinkuehler. Surviving are daughters, Tracy (Ben) Gilmore of Roodhouse and Tabitha (Donald) Bortz of CO; grandchildren, Dylan (Kaytlin) Gilmore, Benjamin Gilmore II, Lillian Gilmore, Hayle Gowin, Kaylin Bortz, Patton Bortz, and Donald Bortz Jr.; two great grandchildren and another little girl arriving in November; siblings, Ronald (Bobbi) Steinkuehler of Jerseyville, Sandra (John) Clark of Jerseyville, Michael Steinkuehler of Jerseyville, Kimberly (Ed) Snyder of Shipman and many nieces and nephews. Pamela was a school bus driver for District 100. She enjoyed camping, reading and playing cards. Pamela was a cancer survivor of 24 years. A private graveside service will be held.
